Runwayz uses Canada Post for all shipments.  As of October 16, 2025 Canada Post is managing a rotating strike. Due to the strike we currently cannot guarantee our normal shipment times and need to caution all customers to expect delays. As per Canada Post's website "Once an item is inducted in our network, it will be secure but cannot be retrieved if that facility is affected by a rotating strike. Items will be delivered as quickly as possible after a disruption is over and operations resume."

Runwayz will continue to monitor the ongoing situation and look for feasible shipping alternatives as well.  At this time we are only able to ship orders within Canada. (Please see below regarding International Shipments)

For gifts we recommend shopping early for the holiday season to avoid disappointment. Thank you for your patience during this uncertain time. We really appreciate your support and are hoping for the very best possible outcome.

Unclaimed or Returned Shipments:

Regarding shipping once a customer has paid for their purchase in full including shipping, should Canada Post end up returning the item to Runwayz as unclaimed by the customer, it will then become the customer’s responsibility to pay Runwayz for the return shipping fees due. This return shipping charge plus any transaction fees will be deducted from the original purchase amount of the transaction. A Paypal partial refund will then be issued back to the customer if there is any difference remaining owing to them. If an amount is left owing to Runwayz then an invoice will be sent to the customer via email. It will then become the customer’s decision whether or not to re-order their original purchase and pay for shipping again as well.

International Shipping:

International shipping is currently suspended due to the Canada Post strike.
Once the Canada Post strike has ended International shipping will resume and we will revert to our previous policy which reads as follows;
Exception: Shipping to the US is currently being evaluated as the tariff situation evolves.
As of April 10, 2018 we will no longer be shipping Internationally unless the purchaser chooses to pay for shipping with tracking provided.  This will be at the cost of the purchaser and is to ensure that both parties have a method of tracking the shipment moving forward.  After a bad experience where Paypal has not protected us as the seller we will no longer be sending parcels Internationally without tracking.  As a small business we have endured being out the cost of shipping as well as the cost of a product that was indeed sent on our end.  International shipping from Canada without tracking may take anywhere from 1 months to 3 months as per Canada Post guidelines … with an average of 6 weeks.  Please call Canada Post customer service at 1.800.267.1177 for further information. 

Should you choose to still order from us Internationally and not select shipping with tracking your order will be cancelled.
